The only product that contains palm oil derived ingredients is our Soap Bar collection. Palm oil that is used in our soap bar comes from a RSPO Supply Chain Certification System compliant company and it is from a sustainable source.

The RSPO has set up 2 certification systems:
• One to ensure that palm oil is produced sustainably called “producer/grower certification” or “Principles & Criteria certification”;
• The other to ensure the integrity of the trade in sustainable palm oil, i.e. that palm oil sold as sustainable palm oil has indeed been produced by certified plantations Both systems involve third-party certification bodies.

Every person is different, hence, fragrance lasting on skin also varies on each person. There are many factors involved that impacts fragrance lasting on skin.

1- People with dry skin will have poor fragrance lasting on the skin compared to people with oily or moisturized skin.

2- Olfactory fatigue or overload is another factor that makes a person feel like that the fragrance is not there anymore. However, people around him/her can still sense the fragrance.

First of all, you need to understand that every person is different, hence scent lasting on each person will/can differ up to some extent.

1. People with oily skin will have better lasting of the scent compared to a person who has a dry skin. To improve scent’s stay on the skin, try applying moisturizer first before applying the perfume. Moisturized skin will hold the fragrance well on your skin and will not let it escape quickly. If you have dry skin then you have to apply perfume more often.

2. Olfactory fatigue or nose fatigue is another main reason where a person feels that the fragrance just got disappeared. Smelling perfume too much or too many times will enter you olfactory/nose system into a fatigue mode where it will not recognize the fragrance as it recognized it when it was first applied. The interesting part of this phenomenon is that people around you will be able to smell the perfume on you.

Every person has a different smelling threshold, if you smell strong perfumes every single day and very closely then it will cause the nose fatigue to happen. Best way to deal with this to avoid wearing strong perfumes for a couple of days or wear them with a strategy. If you are a person with a lower smelling threshold, where your usual complaint is that I can’t feel the perfume anymore! If you are that person, then stop applying large amount of perfume close to your nose i.e., on your neck and chest. Because when you apply perfume close to your nose, aromatic molecules will hit your nose continuously and due to your lower smelling threshold, your olfactory/nose system will enter into a fatigue phase called nose blindness. Best way to deal with this is to reduce the quantity that you apply near the nose i.e., on your neck, ear lobes and chest. Rest of the body you can apply the perfume as required.

3. Another thing you can try is to rotate your perfumes, do not apply the same perfume every single day. Rotating different perfumes will give your olfactory/nose system a new/different experience and you will have less chances of olfactory/nose fatigue.

4. Sweat is another factor that affects the way a fragrance smell on you. Some lighter, citrusy notes, found in fragrances that are perfect for the summer will react pretty well with perspiration. On the other hand, heavier notes, found in fragrances, suitable for the cooler months, such as musk and wood do not do well when mixed with a person’s sweat.
